
Ingredients:
• Whole Milk – 3 cups
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 1 cup – Milk
• A little Kesar
• Sugar – 1 tbsp
Method:
- Boil the 3 cups of milk and lemon juice – just like when paneer is made.
- Drain the extra water but don’t squeeze the chena dry.
- Put it into a mixer.
- Add 1 cup of whole milk, a little kesar and the sugar and mix well.
- Distribute in small serving bowls and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
- Serve chilled.
