Ingredients:

• Fish – 4 pieces
• Cumin seeds powder – 1/2 tbsp
• Ginger and Garlic paste- 1 tbsp
• Gram (flour) roasted – 2 tbsp
• Red Chilli powder – 1 tbsp
• Salt to taste
• Lemon juice – 4 tbsp
• Turmeric powder – 2 tsp
• Black pepper crushed -1 tbsp
• White pepper – 1 tsp
• Vinegar – 4 tbsp
• Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Wash the fish with water and then with vinegar and salt .
  2. Wash again with water.
  3. Now make cuts on the pieces.
  4. Make a paste of all the ingredients and fill in the cuts. Marinate for an hour.
  5. Brush oil on the fish pieces and bake in a pre-heated oven for 15 mins.
