Ingredients:

• 1 cup – dosa batter
• 1 – Tomato
• 1 – small Onion
• 1 bunch – fresh Coriander leaves
• 5-7 pieces – broken Cashewnuts
• 1 or 2 – Green chillies

Method:

  1. Chop all the ingredients and mix with the batter, along with a little salt.
  2. Heta a non-stick pan on medium heat, spread a ladleful of the batter, spread a tsp of oil on the sides (optional) and cover the pan for a while.
  3. When it’s cooked on one side, flip and cook the other side, without the lid on.
  4. Flip it once more, let it get crisp, and then serve with coconut chutney.
