Ingredients:
• 1 cup – dosa batter
• 1 – Tomato
• 1 – small Onion
• 1 bunch – fresh Coriander leaves
• 5-7 pieces – broken Cashewnuts
• 1 or 2 – Green chillies
Method:
- Chop all the ingredients and mix with the batter, along with a little salt.
- Heta a non-stick pan on medium heat, spread a ladleful of the batter, spread a tsp of oil on the sides (optional) and cover the pan for a while.
- When it’s cooked on one side, flip and cook the other side, without the lid on.
- Flip it once more, let it get crisp, and then serve with coconut chutney.
