Ingredients:

• raw Rice – 2 cup
• grated Coconut – ½ cup
• well ripe Bananas – ¾ cup, chopped
• Jaggery powder – ½ to ¾ cup
• Ghee as required
• salt – ½ tsp

Method:

  1. Soak rice for 2-3 hours.
  2. Drain and grind to a smooth paste with coconut.
  3. Do not add much water at this stage, as the batter becomes thinner on adding jaggery and banana.
  4. Add banana and jaggery and grind till well blended.
  5. The batter should be like cake batter.
  6. Heat a non stick dosa pan and drop spoonful of batter on it and spread lightly to make small, ¼ cm thick dosas.
  7. Pour little ghee around them and cook on both sides till done.
  8. Serve topped with some honey or golden syrup.
