
Ingredients:
• raw Rice – 2 cup
• grated Coconut – ½ cup
• well ripe Bananas – ¾ cup, chopped
• Jaggery powder – ½ to ¾ cup
• Ghee as required
• salt – ½ tsp
Method:
- Soak rice for 2-3 hours.
- Drain and grind to a smooth paste with coconut.
- Do not add much water at this stage, as the batter becomes thinner on adding jaggery and banana.
- Add banana and jaggery and grind till well blended.
- The batter should be like cake batter.
- Heat a non stick dosa pan and drop spoonful of batter on it and spread lightly to make small, ¼ cm thick dosas.
- Pour little ghee around them and cook on both sides till done.
- Serve topped with some honey or golden syrup.
