Ingredients:
• Rice – 1 cup
• Capsicum – 4, medium size chopped
• Onion – 2, medium size chopped
• To powder
• Coriander – 4 tbsp
• Channa dal – 3 tbsp
• Urad Dal – 3 tbsp spoon
• Chira – 1/2 tsp
• Pepper – 1/2 tsp
• Coconut – a little
• Tamarind – a little
• Oil – required
Method:
- Soak rice for 5 mins and drain.
- Fry the rice in oil in a pressure cooker, add salt, water and cook.
- Take a pan add little oil, splutter mustard, urad dal , peanuts and curry leaves
- After that add onion, fry till light brown, add turmeric powder and capsicum cook for 10 mins.
- Reduce the flame and add salt and ground powder, a little to the vegetable and remaining powder to the rice.
- Mix well serve.
