Ingredients:

• Rice – 1 cup
• Capsicum – 4, medium size chopped
• Onion – 2, medium size chopped
• To powder
• Coriander – 4 tbsp
• Channa dal – 3 tbsp
• Urad Dal – 3 tbsp spoon
• Chira – 1/2 tsp
• Pepper – 1/2 tsp
• Coconut – a little
• Tamarind – a little
• Oil – required

Method:

  1. Soak rice for 5 mins and drain.
  2. Fry the rice in oil in a pressure cooker, add salt, water and cook.
  3. Take a pan add little oil, splutter mustard, urad dal , peanuts and curry leaves
  4. After that add onion, fry till light brown, add turmeric powder and capsicum cook for 10 mins.
  5. Reduce the flame and add salt and ground powder, a little to the vegetable and remaining powder to the rice.
  6. Mix well serve.
