Ingredients:
• Onion – 2
• Garlic – 3 flakes
• Ginger – 1 inch
• Tomato – 2, small
• 3 cups – chopped carrot, potato, peas, Corn and beans
• Cream – 2 tbsp
• Fried Paneer – 1/2 cup
• Red Chilli powder to taste
• Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
• Coriander powder – 1 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Oil
Method:
- Saute onion in the oil till light pink.
- Add garlic and ginger. Fry till fragrant.
- Add tomato and saute till pulpy.
- Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt.
- Add cream and boil till the gravy is yellowish-orange in colour.
- Steam cook the mixed veg.
- Add the vegetables to the gravy with salt. Simmer till they blend well.
- Garnish with fried paneer and serve hot with chapattis.
