Ingredients:

• Gongura leaves – 1 cup
• Kadalai paruppu – 1 cup
• Tamarind – a small piece
• Red Chilli – 1
• Sesame oil – 2 tsp
• Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Put the pan in low flame pour 1 tsp oil in the pan.
  2. Add kadalai parippu, red chilli and fry it until kadali paripupu becomes light brown. Put it aside.
  3. In empty pan put gongura leaves and fry.
  4. After take the mixe put the kadalai paprupu, fried red ch
  5. li and gongura leaves with tamarind and grind to paste.
  6. After grinding pour the oil in the pan and put mustard seeds and some salt as required.
  7. Keep on slow flame until oil comes out.
