Ingredients:
• 6 oz – chocolate
• 1 pack – unflavored gelatin
• 1 tsp – vanilla essence
• 3/4 cup – Milk
•
Method:
- Take milk in a sauce pan, sprinkle unflavoured gelatine.
- Stir over low heat until gelatine dissolves.
- Add chocolate and continue cooking, stirring constantly until chocolate melts, stir in vanilla.
- Remove from heat and stir occasionally, add Bailey’s Irish cream, about five minutes after removing from heat.
- When mixture forms mounds when dropped from spoon, fold in whipped topping. Turn into crust.
- Garnish with more whipped topping (or whipped cream) and strawberries (if desired).
- Chill at least 4 hours before serving.
