Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – lean ground Meat
• 2 tbsp – minced Garlic
• 1 tsp – ginger, minced
• 2 – fresh green chilli, diced
• 1 – medium red onion, diced
• 1/2 cup – fresh cilantro, finely chopped
• 1 tsp – salt
• 1/4 cup – low sodium soy sauce
• 1 tbsp – freshly ground black pepper
• 3 tbsp – paprika
• 1 tbsp – ground dry mustard
• 1 tbsp – ground Cumin
• 1 dash – Worcestershire sauce

Method:

  1. Pre-heat the grill on high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the ground meat, garlic, ginger, chilli peppers, red onion, cilantro, salt, soy sauce, black pepper, paprika, mustard, cumin and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Form the mixture into 8 burger patties.
  4. Lightly oil the grill grate. Place spicy burgers on the grill, and cook 5-10 minutes per side, until well done.
