
Ingredients:
• Maida – 100 gms
• Sugar – 2 tbsp
• Butter – 1 tbsp
• Salt – a pinch
• Cardamom powder – 1 tspn
Method:
- Melt the butter and powder the sugar.
- Mix all the ingredients (melted butter, powdered sugar, cardamom, salt and maida) and add enough water to make soft dough.
- Divide into three portions and make thick round chappati.
- Horizontally and vertically cut one inch and make a bow size.
- Heat the oil and keep medium flame.
- Fry all the bows until both sides are golden brown.
- Allow to cool and keet it in an air tight container.
- Crispy tea time snack is ready.
