Ingredients:

• 6 oz – chocolate
• 1 pack – unflavored gelatin
• 1 tsp – vanilla essence
• 3/4 cup – Milk

Method:

  1. Take milk in a sauce pan, sprinkle unflavoured gelatine.
  2. Stir over low heat until gelatine dissolves.
  3. Add chocolate and continue cooking, stirring constantly until chocolate melts, stir in vanilla.
  4. Remove from heat and stir occasionally, add Bailey’s Irish cream, about five minutes after removing from heat.
  5. When mixture forms mounds when dropped from spoon, fold in whipped topping. Turn into crust.
  6. Garnish with more whipped topping (or whipped cream) and strawberries (if desired).
  7. Chill at least 4 hours before serving.
