Ingredients:
• Bread – 4 slices
• Onion (small) – 1/2, chopped
• Celery – 1/2 stick, chopped
• Mushroom (medium) – 3, chopped
• Olive – 5, pitted and halved
• Capsicum (small) – 1/4, chopped
• Garlic powder – 1/2 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Tomato ketchup – 2 tbsp
• Mustard sauce – 1 tsp
• Italian seasoning – 1/2 tsp
• Shredded cheese – 1/2 cup
Method:
- Heat an oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Saute the vegetables on medium heat for 5 minutes. Add salt and garlic powder.
- Grease a pizza pan and place the four bread slices on it.
- Mix the tomato ketchup, mustard sauce and Italian seasoning and spread on the slices.
- Spread the sauteed vegetables evenly.
- Spread the shredded cheese evenly on top.
- Place the pizza pan inside the hot oven and cook until the cheese melts. Serve hot.
