Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – Pork
• 2 bunches – Colocasia leaves Mutha
• 1 – Tomato
• 2 – Potatoes
• 1 garlic, whole
• 5 – dry chillies (or 1 – dry Bhoot Jolokia)

Method:

  1. Marinate the pork with a paste of tomato, garlic and dry chilli.
  2. Heat mustard oil in a pressure cooker.
  3. Cut and add the Colocasia leaves, potatoes, green chillies and salt with the marinated pork.
  4. Fry for a minute or two.
  5. Add 1/2 cup of water and cook for say 4-5 whistles.
  6. Serve.
