
Ingredients:
• 11 oz – Cream cheese.
• 1 pint – Heavy cream.
• 1 big can -Chunks of pineapple.
• 1/2 tsp – Vanilla essence.
• 1 8 oz – Sugar.
• 4 packs – Lady fingers.
Method:
- Combine 1 pint of cream, sugar and the vanilla essence and whip until light and fluffy.
- Then add cream cheese and whip until it mixes well.
- Refrigerate the cream for 10-15 minutes.
- Now take out the pineapple chunks from the can for the pineapple of stuffing.
- Arrange the ladyfinger in a cake dish in a rectangular or a square shape.
- Then apply the cream thickly, 1/2 inch thick, over the ladyfinger slices.
- Then layer it with the pineapple chunks.
- Repeat this for 3 -4 layers.
- Now cover it completely with the cream.
- Refrigerate for 15- 30 minutes.
- Serve cold.
