Ingredients:

• 11 oz – Cream cheese.
• 1 pint – Heavy cream.
• 1 big can -Chunks of pineapple.
• 1/2 tsp – Vanilla essence.
• 1 8 oz – Sugar.
• 4 packs – Lady fingers.

Method:

  1. Combine 1 pint of cream, sugar and the vanilla essence and whip until light and fluffy.
  2. Then add cream cheese and whip until it mixes well.
  3. Refrigerate the cream for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Now take out the pineapple chunks from the can for the pineapple of stuffing.
  5. Arrange the ladyfinger in a cake dish in a rectangular or a square shape.
  6. Then apply the cream thickly, 1/2 inch thick, over the ladyfinger slices.
  7. Then layer it with the pineapple chunks.
  8. Repeat this for 3 -4 layers.
  9. Now cover it completely with the cream.
  10. Refrigerate for 15- 30 minutes.
  11. Serve cold.
