Ingredients:
• 1 cup – finely chopped Pineapple.
• 2 cups – Fresh Curds.
• 2 tbsps – Milk.
• 2 tbsps – Sugar.
• 1/2 cup – Fresh Cream.
• A dash of pepper.
• Salt.
Method:
- Hang the curds for around half an hour till the water drains off.
- Take the hung curd in a bowl and beat well till it is even.
- Add the milk, sugar, salt, pepper and fresh cream.
- Put in the refrigerator.
- Add the pineapple in the curds just before serving.
