Ingredients:
• 2 – potatoes, boiled and mash well
• 1 tbsp – paneer, cut into small cubes
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/4 tsp – amchur powder (dried Mango powder)
• 1 tsp – finely chopped Onion
• 2 tsp – finely chopped Coriander leaves
• 1/4 tsp – salt (or to taste)
• 1 tsp – Corn flour
• 1/4 cup (50 g) – breadcrumbs
• 200 ml – oil (to Deep Fried)
Method:
- In a wide bowl, mix all the ingredients together and make a soft dough.
- Divide this dough into 5 parts and make round balls and roll it over breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan / kadai. Reduce heat to medium and Deep Fried the balls till golden and crisp on both the sides .Drain and place on kitchen towel to absorb extra oil.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup/green chutney.
