Ingredients:

• 1 ripe Mango
• 2 cups – fresh yogurt, chilled
• 1/4 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 3 tbsp – Sugar

Method:

  1. Peel and chop mango.
  2. Put in a mixer and blend.
  3. Add all other ingredients.
  4. Blend till smooth.
  5. Chill well before serving.
  6. Or add crushed ice if desired.
