
Ingredients:
• 4 – Tomato
• 50 gms – Mushrooms
• 1 – Kashmiri Red Chilli
• 4-5 – Lemon grass leaves
• 1/2 tsp – Pepper
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – sweetener
Method:
- Blanch the tomatoes and make a puree out of it.
- Add lemon grass leaves with 1 kashmiri red chilli.
- Boil for 3 minutes.
- Float mushrooms (chopped) on it.
- Add sweetener, pepper, lemon juice and salt to taste.
- Boil for 3 mins. and remove from flame.
- Serve hot.
