• 1.5 cup – Snickers bar (sliced)
Method:
- Preheat an oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
- Sieve the all-purpose flour, baking soda and salt in a mixing bowl and keep aside.

- Add vanilla essence.
- Gently add the flour mixture and mix with a wooden spatula to prepare a soft dough.

- If the dough is a bit loose, add 1 tbsp of all-purpose flour to bind it together.
- Keep aside 1 tbsp of choco chips for topping the cookies later.
- Refrigerate the dough for about 10 minutes.
- Make lemon-sized balls from the dough, flatten a little with your hands, put a Snicker piece on top of each and seal the ends gently by folding the edges and making small balls.
- Roll a little with your hands and flatten softly from the top.
- Top it with choco chips, pressing them on the cookies gently.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the cookies 2-3 inches apart.
- Bake at 190 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes or until the edges start turning a little brown.
- Remove the cookies from the oven and place on the wire rack for cooling. Now serve.
